GENERAL

At SprinkleLily, we aim to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. Please take some time to read through the terms of conditions.
You are deemed to have acknowledged, understood, agree and adhere to the terms of sales prior to placing an order with SprinkleLily, www.sprinklelily.com.

    1. During the checkout process, our website will prompt user to agree to our terms and conditions before they proceed to make the purchase. Only when user has agreed and accepted the terms of sale, will the purchase be made valid and recorded in our system.
    2. Upon checkout & accepting our terms and conditions, the customers’ name, email address, contact details, shipping address & IP address will be recorded for fulfilling the order.
    3. After an order is placed, the order details & invoice will be sent to you as acknowledgement however it is subjected to our acceptance (i.e. stock quantity, defects due to unforeseen circumstances) and does not constitute an acceptance of offer / payment.
    4. After placing an order, we are unable to accede to request to change the design(s), sizing or combining orders in separate transactions done.
    5. SprinkleLily reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without notice.

PRODUCTS

    1. COLOR – We strive to project the most realistic colour that represents the actual product when editing the images. However, the colours projected may differ slightly depending on studio lighting, the resolution of the user’s screen, monitor calibration etc… As such situations are beyond our control, we shall not be held liable for any purchase made due to misperception of colour.
    2. MEASUREMENT / SIZING – We try to be as accurate as possible when providing measurements for each item. If the item is of stretchable material, we will provide the measurement as a range. However, due to mass production of products, there may be a slight difference of 0.5” to 1.5” from our indicated measurements. This shall not be considered as a manufacturing defect. Customers are advised to take into consideration the slight difference when deciding on the sizing before purchase.
    3. MATERIALS / CLOTHING
      1. SHEER MATERIAL – Some items could be of sheer material, i.e. translucent, meaning that undergarment could be seen when worn. Our product description will indicate if material is of such nature.
      2. MATERIALS WITH PATTERNS / DYES / PAINT SPLASH / DENIM / DARK COLOURS
        Patterns / dyes / paint splash variations occur and may differ slightly from the displayed image on our website.  As the variation is not within our control, it shall not be considered as a manufacturing defect.

All items when received should be hand washed for the first time. Dark colour materials, denim should be washed separately to prevent colour transfer to other clothing.

PAYMENT

    1. All orders can only be made via iBanking and Paypal.
      Once payment is made your order is confirmed.
    2. For iBanking payment (best recommend for Singapore orders):
      Please use your Order ID as the payment reference and make your payment directly into our POSB Savings Account to SprinkleLily. The bank account number will be shown after the order has been placed.
      If payment was not made within 12 hours after the order has been placed, it will be cancelled automatically. No reason whatsoever will be given for such cancellation cases.
    3. For Paypal payment (best recommend for International orders) – surcharge may applies:
      You will be transferred to Paypal gateway to make payment upon confirming to the terms and conditions, personal information such as name, email address, shipping address & contact details.
    4. If orders are not processed after payment is made due to out of stock items or any unforeseen circumstances which we could not proceed with your order, we will make a store credit refund which will be send to you through email. No cash refund will be provided under any circumstances.We reserve the rights to determine the mode of refund at our sole discretion.

SHIPPING

FOR LOCAL ORDERS:

We offer Singpost SmartPac and Express Courier (CNY period only) for local orders.

    1. The working days for Singpost SmartPac is as follows:
      1. Non-Festive Periods (i.e. Mar to Oct) – within 2 to 3 working days
      2. Festive Periods (i.e. Nov to Feb) – within 3 to 4 working days, may vary during festive peak period.
    2. SmartPac will be deposited into recipient’s letterbox if no one is available to receive it during the first delivery attempt. When delivered  to letterbox, postman’s signature on the delivery note is deemed as proof of delivery.
    3. We offer Express Courier service only during Chinese New Year period, the delivery will be within 1-2 working days.
    4. We do not deliver to army camps, hotels, P.O boxes, sentosa and most of the islands in Singapore.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

    1. All international orders will be sent via Airmail.
    2. The package takes 6-25 working days to reach you upon dispatch, depending on your destination country.
    3. International shipping is available to all other countries at a weight-based rate, you may refer to the international shipping cost that are auto-generated during check out once all the respective fields are filled.
    4. In such event, if there are no international shipping methods available during check out, kindly contact hello@sprinklelily.com for further advise.

RETURN AND EXCHANGES

DEFECTIVE ITEM

    1. We apologize for sending you a defective item.
    2. Kindly email us at hello@sprinklelily.com within 10 working days from the day the parcel was delivered (i.e. shipping notification email) with a snapshot of the defective item. Requests for exchanges and returns thereafter will not be entertained.
    3. We will ascertain the defect and further advise you.
    4. Customer will have to cover the postage to send the item back to us by registered mail and bear the full responsibility in making sure items mailed back are packed securely and sealed properly.
    5. We will not bear responsibility for lost mail in connection to such returns or exchange. Please do not send the defective item back on your own accord.
    6. All exchanges and return will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with clothing tags intact(if any)). Items which do not meet all conditions will be duly declined.
    7. As our item is mass produced, the following are not considered defective item:
      • For accuracy of the items, please refer to the measurements stated. Measurements stated may vary 0.5″-1.5″ as items are mass produced
      • For printed items, do allow for slight variance as every individual piece may appear differently due to fabric placement.
      • For colors shown may have slight variance on different screens as different devices have different specifications. As such, colors may be portrayed with slight differences. This applies especially for brighter hues.
      • Item slight imperfection (loose thread, small dotted stain on fabric, small stains on lining, etc) which do not affect the overall appearance of the item.
        If the defect is ascertained, an exchange of the same item in same size and color will be provided.
    8. We will be using SingPost SmartPac to deliver the replacement item in exchange for the defected item.
    9. In the event that the replacement item is out of stock, the customer will be reimbursed with store credits of the same amount.
    10. Please note that the store credits is not applicable on postage and has 6 months validity from the date of issue. No cash refund will be provided under any circumstances.

INCORRECT ITEM 

    1. We apologize for sending you an incorrect item.
    2. Kindly email us at hello@sprinklelily.com within 10 working days from the day the parcel was delivered (i.e. shipping notification email) with a snapshot of the incorrect item for us to advise you further. Requests for exchanges and returns thereafter will not be entertained.
    3. Customer will have to cover the postage to send the item back to us by registered mail and bear the full responsibility in making sure items mailed back are packed securely and sealed properly.
    4. We will not bear responsibility for lost mail in connection to such returns or exchange. Please do not send the incorrect item back on your own accord.
    5. All exchanges and return will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with clothing tags intact(if any)). Items which do not meet all conditions will be duly declined.
    6. We will be using SingPost SmartPac to deliver the correct item in exchange for the incorrect item.
    7. In the event that the correct item is out of stock, the customer will be reimbursed with store credits of the same amount. Please note that the store credits is not applicable on postage and has 6 months validity from the date of issue. No cash refund will be provided under any circumstances.

ITEM NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE / RETURN

    1. Size/color exchange (Measurements and color are all stated in the product page)
    2. Accessories (i.e. earrings, bags,etc)
    3. Sale items
    4. Item purchased with the use of store credits / promo codes / vouchers / coupons
    5. Items not in its original condition (worn, washed, altered and not in its original packaging), regardless if they are defective or not.
    6. All items returned without prior notice email to us
    7. International orders

STORE CREDIT 

    1. Store Credit will be issued through email within 7 working days upon receipt of the item.
    2. Store Credit has 6 months validity from the date of issue.
    3. Store Credit can only be used in single transaction, and regardless of the amount issued, any remaining balance will not be refunded.
    4. Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
    5. Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
    6. No cash refund will be provided under any circumstances.
